摘要: 本文介绍了各类药物诱导斑马鱼心力衰竭模型的方法。 因斑马鱼和哺乳动物心脏的相似性、基因操作的便 捷性和发育的快速易驯化等特点,斑马鱼已被证实可用于模拟人类心脏疾病。 文章叙述了斑马鱼作为人源化动物 模型在心力衰竭模型的优势和不足,讨论了利用不同药物构建斑马鱼模型来揭示心力衰竭和心脏重塑发生的具体 机制,归纳和总结得出斑马鱼模型将会有助于对人类心血管疾病的病理生理机制进行深入研究,为心力衰竭提供 新的预防和治疗思路。

Abstract: This article describes the method for various drug-induced heart failure models in zebrafish. Zebrafish have been shown to mimic human cardiac disease due to their similarity to mammalian hearts, ease of genetic manipulation, and rapid and acclimatized development. The article describes the advantages and disadvantages of zebrafish as a humanized animal model in heart failure disease models, discusses the use of different drugs to build zebrafish models to reveal the specific mechanism of heart failure and cardiac remodeling, and concludes that zebrafish fish model will contribute to the in-depth study of the pathophysiological mechanism of human cardiovascular disease, and provide new prevention and treatment ideas for heart failure.
